they are functioning for.

business it is important that you start to understand what your mission is.
Explore on ways how you can improve it. What it is that you see in your
mission? Your mission has to have vibrance and it should live in your people.
The senior team holds accountable to have a coherence of mission where
everybody understands and all can communicate.
The mission should be clear so that people can carry the message and
have this instilled, installed and should be alive in its members.
