Cooking procedures:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour,
baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream the sugar and butter until
light and fluffy.
3. Stir the eggs in and mashed
bananas until well blended. Stir the banana mixture with flour mixture just
enough to moisten it.
4. Pour butter batter into loaf
pan.
5. Finally bake in preheated oven
for 60 to 65 minutes; or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out
clean. Let the bread cool in a pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire
rack, let it completely cool before slicing.
